You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.

You retain all rights to job descriptions and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to process Your Content to provide the Service, including generating scorecards via AI.
You own the interview scorecards generated by the Service. We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and trademarks, is owned by Waffle and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.
Our Service uses AI to generate interview scorecards. While we strive for accuracy and EEOC compliance:
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (transcript platforms and destination systems). Your use of these integrations is subject to the third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waffle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
While our scorecards are designed to support EEOC-compliant hiring practices, we provide no legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your hiring practices comply with applicable employment laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waffle from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Waffle regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
